Why is ‘No Sale no Fee’ or ‘No Sale No Completion’ Conveyancing important?

'No Sale No Fee' conveyancing is when a conveyancer or solicitor starts working on the legal side of your purchase but the transaction does not complete. A no sale no fee solicitor will not send you a large bill for the the bulk of their services. Only the legal checks that they have already completed.
